Alphonso Maldon, a veteran with decades of experience in public service, delivers a high professional standard of advisory solutions to clients in and around Washington, DC, through his firm Partnership Strategies Consulting. In preparation for his business career, he enrolled at Florida A&M University, where he earned his bachelor of science in business administration. Continuing his education, Alphonso Maldon secured his master of arts in human relations from the University of Oklahoma.
Beyond civilian education, Alphonso Maldon completed training through such military academies and schools as the Command and General Staff College and the Army’s Organization Effectiveness Management School. During his tenure in the military, Mr. Maldon served in the United States and abroad, becoming admissions and public liaison officer with the United States Military Academy at West Point and an adjutant general corps officer.
After transitioning out of the military in the early 1990s, Mr. Maldon continued to serve in various executive roles. For example, he worked as director of the White House Military Office, deputy assistant to the President of the U.S for legislative affairs, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Force Management and Policy and most recently as chairman of the Military Compensation, Retirement and Modernization Commission.
